I specialize in meals designed for very specific dietary needs—nightshade-free, pescatarian, vegan, keto, paleo, low-carb, plant-based, Whole30, macrobiotic, sugar-free, and diabetes-friendly—without ever sacrificing flavor, texture, or satisfaction.

I’m self-taught at heart and constantly learning through travel, research, and experimentation in my own kitchen.
